A session is alive when a user opens a document with Codox enabled. Multiple users connecting to the same session does not affect the session quota. The session remains alive as long as there is at least one user with the document opened.
This is the maximum number of users that can connect to a specific coediting session. This is how many people are allowed in the same 'room'.
Yes. Just log into the dashboard and make the change.
The cancellation will be effective on the next billing cycle. You will be able to continue use our service until the end of the current billing period.
We offer SLA to enterprise plans. Contact us for more information.
We will shoot you several emails before you hit the plan's limit. All plans come with overage protection to give you plenty time to make changes. There is also an option to automatically upgrade the plan to the next tier when the plan's limit is hit.
Additional connections to a full session will not succeed. The ongoing session users can continue to coedit the document.
Upgrades and downgrades are prorated.
We use Stripe to process your payment. Alternative payment processors can be discussed for enterprise users.
